Schengen Visa Checklist

1. Completed Application Form
   Submit the completed application form for the respective country of entry.

2. Passport

   • Must be valid for at least 6 months after the visa expiration date.

3. Photograph (35 x 40 mm)

   • Photo must be taken within the last six months.
   • Background must be plain (preferably white or light grey).
   • No colored contact lenses or spectacles.
   • Ears must be visible.

4. Cover Letter

   • Purpose of visit.
   • Planned entry and exit dates.
   • Travel plans, including details of accommodation.
   • Employment and financial status (visiting cards or a letter from your employer may be attached).

5. Travel Itinerary

   • A copy of your flight reservation and planned travel schedule.

6. Proof of Accommodation

   • Hotel booking confirmation or invitation letter (if staying with a host).

7. Proof of Financial Means
   Provide documents to demonstrate financial capability, including:

   • Recent bank statements.
   • Bonds (if applicable).
   • Fixed deposit records.
   • Property documents (if applicable).

8. Civil Status Documents

   • Birth certificate (for minors).
   • National ID (NID).
   • Marriage certificate (if applicable).

9. Employment Status Documents

   If employed:

   • Employment contract.
   • Personal bank statements (last 6 months).

   If self-employed:

   • Visiting card.
   • Copy of trade license.
   • Personal and company bank statements (last 6 months).

   Note: Income Tax Return (ITR) documents are mandatory for both employees and business owners.

   If you are a student:

   • Student ID.

10. Additional Documents for Minors

    • Consent letter from legal guardian(s) if the minor is travelling alone.
    • Birth certificate.
